What’s your return policy?
Please check the caption and explanation of each product.
Mostly, we return any of our products within 3 days of purchase. Also, the shipping costs for both sending and returning the parcel must be paid by customer.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

Terms and Conditions
1- You have to pay 50% to 100% of the repair costs in advance.
2- After delivering the device, you cannot cancel repairing procedure and you have to pay all the costs.
3- Repairing time is depended on the problem, takes a few hours to a few months. However, we give you approximation of the delivering. In some problems we need to order parts from abroad, therefore, it takes time and you have to be patient. Also, shipping costs are with customer.
4- When the device was fixed, we inform you via SMS or eMail. From this time you have only two weeks to collect your repaired device. If you do not collect in the meantime we are not responsible to keep it.
5- Water Damaged: It’s worth mentioning, fixing the water-damaged device is a time-consuming process, whether it is fixed or not. Therefore, you have to pay all the repair costs even your device doesn’t back to life. Also, sometimes the water is damaging other parts, and we have to change that part. In this case we will update you about top up payments and if you agreed, we would repair your device.
6- Research cost: fault-finding is a time-consuming process whether the device is fixed or not, we charge research cost: 10 € to 35 € for Software problems and 35 € to 55 € for Hardware problems.
7- Mostly we give you the approximation of the cost. However, if it was not clear at the first step, we take 50 € deposit to start investigation. If the repair cost is equal or lower than 50 € we will fix it and won’t inform you; otherwise, we let you know approximation or real cost. If we cannot agree about the repair costs and you want to cancel you have to pay research cost. Also, if we realize that your device is not repairable you have to pay research cost.
8- The Minimum service charge is 20 €, regardless of the time and operation we perform on your device.
9- Rejecting SIM cards and Installing SIM card in a device, etc. is 2 €.
